While a high-ranking prosecutor in the Manhattan District Attorney’s Office, he tried more than 30 jury trials, conducted several long-term investigations, presented hundreds of cases to the Grand Jury, and conducted several hearings. As a criminal defense practitioner for the past 12 years, he has represented hundreds of clients facing criminal investigation and prosecution, and has tried several cases in both federal and state court.
